15-18"(Zone 3)  Brilliant, fine, daisy-like burgundy flowers bloom early, mid and late summer, and if cut back, remove faded flowers and stems to encourage continuous blooming until frost. Flowers do not become "frosted" in the heat and have a tighter mounding habit, used as natural and filler plantings.  Best in well-drained soil. Attracts butterflies.
